Hasnt gotten in full yeller here yet but won't be long.
We are already in fire season and with all the trees Helene took down it's very scary. 3 Fires already in the next county over from us.
30 low 57 high.

I was thinking about if you have tried using lidocaine patches for pain. I think that they are wonderful to use because they don't stick to your skin and they are easy to remove plus they don't have any menthol in them, although they do make some with menthol.

Lidocaine works great for surface pain, like sun burns, but would have limited effect on deeper pain like bone or muscle. I use a topical analgesic with Diclofenic (anti inflammatory pain med) in it for small localized areas like my neck and yep the rib.

My biggest problem is remembering to use it! Hahahaha! I have to apply it before getting dressed then wait about 5 min for it to be absorbed. I hit the floor running in the mornings and by the time I remember I am dressed!

The neck is easier as I can apply it easier.

Not too bad a day, it’s 9C (48F) but the sun has been covered by cloud and the wind is making it feel chilly.

BUT like @Debbie292d I will take it, seems that Spring will be slow to arrive though this year.

My gang is out and about enjoying digging in the still frozen ground.

Ours are enjoying the day too. Do you have any ducks? These three ducks are loving the mush snow and they run all over to the next pile, and the next pile, as if I've flavored it or something. :gig
