* Hot!! And taking a toll on my temper and giving me a headache-- but Chook is good, deep in the shade, dog is in the a/c and cat is sleeping it off until the sun goes down. Worse thing is-- I forgot to fill the ice-cube trays after yesterday. . . .

(Ed.- In the last 2O minutes, big ol' thunderheads and noise to go with them have mushroomed, but not a drop here yet.)

Cold , wet , overcast , just plain yucky . It's about 49 degrees here .

Hot humid and steamy! The temp is about 97, heat index at 110. Very Yuck, but a little relief is on the way tonight.

Beautiful day here, today!! high of 82 F--no humidity, no wind for a change. This compared to the last few days, where we had sever thunderstorms, extreme wind, and a tree came down on our nice new horse fence. And with that-- a very good recommendation for vinyl roll horse fence. It stood up to a 60' tree falling on it!! Thankfully, the horses wer in another pasture at the time.
