what's up with my chicken's butt ?

I walked out to put my chickens up for the night and saw one of my chickens had a small blob hanging out of it's butt I took a picture and sprayed water on it and it wouldn't work so what do I do.

It looks like a prolapse. We had a hen with a prolapse and here's how to help it. Clean off off the tissue and keep it moist. You might want a glove when you push it back in. Smear on some preparation H. Keep her away from food for about 24 hours so she doesn't have to use the bathroom or lay eggs and won't push it back out. Keep a close eye on her. She should heal up soon!
Make sure the other chickens don't peck at it.
