I saw some people mention calamari here
I often get it at Olive garden, but the best place I've had it at was an authentic Greek restaurant.

Family run italian places usually have the best calamari in my experience. I can see a good Greek place also having it too. The OG's here don't do good calamari at all. It's hard enough in AZ unless you have a good source for fresh, but chains are getting it off the Sysco truck. No spank you.

Ohh, I forgot about tongue. I've had deer and beef tongue. I probably wouldn't eat it again though. It's got a weird rubber texture that I don't like.

The greek places do have better calamari but they also have goat, lamb, and stuffed grape leaves that are sooooo much better. Maybe if I could go to a greek place more often...
