Blooie: Katie's paintings are brilliant! She really does have an eye for it. You can definitely see the resemblance, but she's put her twist on the landscapes too. I've always admired people who can do that; I'm not bad at art when it comes to copying photographs or drawings down to the very line but I haven't got a shred of creativity in me when it comes to drawing.

Thank you for sharing your granddaughter's art work. I used to work with special ed kids years ago and also have a nephew that is in that category. I'm always so awed when they pop out with a talent like art work or my nephew's music. Guess that's God's way of reminding us that we all have potential and just because we all face challenges, we are also given gifts.
