She's also losing feathers (could be molting too, not sure) and also bouncing up and down when she walks.. it's very weird. Does anyone know what could be wrong? Those pics were from 3 days ago, the swollen eye is worse and the other calmer eye is more swollen.

If you can get a video of her walking that would be good - upload to youtube, then provide us a link.

Watery/bubbly eyes with swelling is often associated with respiratory disease. Mycoplasma or Infectious Bronchitis. If there is a bad smell, then it could be Infectious Coryza.
Flush the eye with saline and apply an ophthalmic ointment like Terramycin or Vetericyn eye gel.
You can try antibiotics to help with secondary infection. Injectable Tylan50 can be found at most feed stores. Dosage is .25ml per pound of weight given orally 2-3 times per day for 5 days.

The bouncing up and day, if you can explain that it would be helpful (video too). Is it her crop that is bouncing, does she have a full/swollen belly or is she walking on tip toes.

In addition to all of the above, thanks to @Wyorp Rock, the swelling around the eyes often indicates pus is accumulating. It will be a semi-solid, waxy material. Removing it will hasten healing. To do that, you need to express it with your fingers and it should ooze out from around the eye.

The drooling might indicate a crop disorder. Check her crop tonight and again in the morning before she eats.
Here's a vet doing this.

Okay I'll try to get a video.

I've been flushing her eyes with saline a few times a day and it seems to be helping.
