What's wrong with my ducks wing?

Hi all,
My duck's wing has been kind of sticking out to the side for the past week now. I'm not sure if anything happened to it while outside but it doesn't seem to be in any pain as it's not quacking constantly or anything that would suggest that it is in pain. Any thoughts? Also, does anyone know the breed? I thought maybe a Rouen at first but now they both look like mallards. They have some blue on their wings too. And when can I put them outside for good? I beleive they are about 6 weeks, almost 7.
Can you all tell I'm new to this?

I looked at the sticky notes on angel wing..now I know who to turn to if I have anymore duck questions!
How should I go about wrapping it's wing? I'm guessing the duck is about 6 weeks old and doesn't really like to be held. Any suggestions?

Get someone to help you by holding the duck while you wrap. Don't take it back off for a week to ten days.
