WHATS WRONG WITH MY POLISH?!

This morning my polish hen was fine. When i checked the coop this evening she wouldnt move! I picked her up and she still didnt move. She was shivering and the tempature was only in the 60s. i brought her in my garage in a cage with food water and a heat lamp. Does anyone know whats wrong with her?Please help me!

Dave, we're going to need some more info. Is she eating, drinking, pooping? How old is she? What kind of feed is she eating? Who is she housed with (usually) and could she have sustained an injury (peck to the head)? Anything else you can think of that may be helpful?
