Perhaps if you put them in a pen with other birds she can't focus on her man-hatred?
I put my Wheaten Ameraucan hen in with them yesterday, but Tess just ignores her and beats up the fluffy roo.
I would make it a groups, so she's got a bunch to focus on, even if they're younger. That seems to help the bullies around here. Actually, what helps the most is putting the bully in a different pen with the new kids, so it's a new environment, too. That makes a big difference. If you can rearrange the furniture, it will help a lot. Change out bedding or make it deeper, move the nest box and the roosts, add an old chair or some 2x4s to the pen for a jungle gym...it makes a big difference to change the way the area looks so they aren't as comfortable and familiar.
I even do things like get a bag of leaves off the curb and dump it in, so it's fun-time in leaves.
