Im going to do BBS as well as chocolate in silkied AM. I'm still getting everything started but have my plan written out! I think there are probably more working with bbs but there have just been a lot posting about chocolate lately.

Reason being Chookschicks/Renee, the Choc Silkied Ams Diva, has been setting up a few of us to carry on with the project. MissChickenLittle and I live close together and have a nice pocket of these chooks to collaborate on. There are others out there without the choc genes. Trying to find out what other color silkied Ams projects are active out there.

I have chocolate large fowl but my project breed is the Araucana. I hatched a chocolate chick yesterday, hoping it's a cockerel. Mother is chocolate, father carries chocolate. I'll need to correct the skin color to yellow, but this chick already has a pea comb (both parents from blue eggers) and rumpless. I'll add tufts with the next generation

I'm still doing lav silkied ams. Still have some silkied roosters for sale.all blue ones. And a little cockerel in splash... Maybe a few more splash babies

Me too, we are going to eventually use our black fluffies with our lavs ams...and will use our lav roo over any black females. I'm only one generation now from getting true lav fluffies!

I'm waiting for eggs, then they go in their own coop. I also have a splash silkied roo that I would love to sell, if anyone is interested.
