To summarize ..... Not a chance ..... NO WAY ! ! ! There is no, "extra rooster," here!

Kathy.....you don't play nice and share your toys!

Not that I blame you. If I were in your shoes, I probably wouldn't share either.

I would love to post some pics of mine too but the Hubby took them and he needs to email them to me. I have two that are quite a bit smaller and not nearly as feathered out.

So we are waiting for the ladies to lay the test eggs?

No, I put three of the silkie/ozzie cross eggs in the incubator this weekend, and will continue to add more as they lay. I will candle this weekend to see if they were fertile.

It's the silkied ameraucanas that are not laying the lovely blue eggs. I moved them to the new chicken barn three weeks ago, and apparently the laying got messed up. So sad, cause I have a few people waiting patiently for their eggs.

Do these chickens show all the true features ( other than type of feather) of a true Ameracauna? I have read through the post but it has been awile. I thought I saw something about the color of their legs not being the right color. I have EE and am getting silkied out of my flock, so far we have 5. Here is one taken about a month ago,
