Whats your favorite "eggy" snack recipes?

I've been out cutting wood but somebody has started some deviled quail eggs.

I like a good pizza with poached eggs on top. So good! Uses 4 eggs for a 14 inch pizza. I use arugula from my garden with leeks. Can't beat the many varieties of egg salad. I also enjoy baked french toast with pecans. My new toy is a pampered chef ceramic egg cooker. I cook a single frittata in 1 minute no oils or messy pans. Clean up dishwasher. Change ingredients as you wish. You can add 1T milk when you whisk together but I leave off the milk. I also love a croque madame. Basically grill ham n cheese with egg. So good! Nice mustard sauce with it. Yummy! I got an egg book in my reviews section for fifty new recipes works well. Incredible Eggs was the book. :) https://www.backyardchickens.com/reviews/incredible-eggs.11879/

That all sounds delicious!
Some people go egg? On pizza?
But they don't think anything about egg on a salad. Or a Ramen bowl with eggs in it. Or eating raw cookie dough. Lol

Grilled egg ham & cheese. Like a grilled cheese sandwich?

I did up 3 jars of pickled quail eggs but I've eaten them all already. Lol

Well most of the time I don't have time to make a true correct omlette but love the flavor.
I toss my "toppings" in the pan with a lil butter. Ham and whatever veggies I have on hand. Maybe some mushrooms.
Crack the eggs right in the pan on top of everything making sure to break the yolks and stir it to distribute all the goodies throughout the egg. Flip. Add cheese & some seasoning.
Quick easy tasty. You can almost literally fold it over and walk out the door eating it outa your hand.

I always made "fluffy eggs" for my kid when he was a toddler. There are similar to ones served in Korean restaurants.

Butter a small (I used a 4") pot. In a separate bowl, whisk an egg with some milk and a bit of anything else you want. He ate spinach, so that was what I put in, though you could use any veggie or cheese, I think. Cover and cook on very low flame for about 5 minutes, until the center is done. It comes out very fluffy and soft.

A recent is quail egg salad.

I hard boil a pile of quail eggs. Idk 30? Peel a regular soup bowl amount & rough chop with a paring knife.
2 tblspns mayo
1tblspn mustard
1 tblspn pickle relish
Season with celery seed, garlic, pepper.
Maybe make a sandwich. Add some baby spinach or bok choy greens. Delicious
