I wasn't arguing that dogs can be hard to control. I was just saying that barking dogs are one of my pet peeves, and the owners who will more often than not laugh and reward them for it are just as annoying. That's what this thread is for. I never intended to start a big debate, or have everyone gang up on me like this.
