whats your guys' favorite wormer/might pretection?

Hello, I'm sure as you all know , im getting a trio. of 6 month old seramas.The owner of the birds said to de-worm them 2 times a year and she gave me this sight for all the suplies i would need to do it. But I'm looking at the site going theres so many to choose wich one is the right one? The owner is out of town for the week so i cant reach her.so does anyone have a fav. de-wormer or might pretection?Thanks

Try checking out Diatomaceous (sp?) Earth. Makes sure it's FOOD grade!!!!! The pool stuff (industrial) will kill your chickens.
Make sure you're careful not to inhale it!
