Only way to see internal pips is with candling. Looking for a beak to have broken thru the membrane into the air cell. It looks like a little shadow triangle, sticking into the air cell. Depending on you incubator, you may be able to shine thru the window, just at the proper angle, and see into the air cell. Maybe not. It is safe to quickly open the lid and candle quickly. Just leave it laying as is, and quickly check the air cell.
Are you positive of the day count? It is easy to mis-count, so just be sure you didn't start day 1 until after 24 hours of them being incubated. If the air cells are still small, I'd wait until at least the end of day 18, even into day 19, and bring it up to about 65%-79%. Do not increase temp. Some recommend dropping temp a half a degree to one degree, but I leave mine the same throughout.
