What's your least favorite breed?

I really don't like Frizzles personally. They are just.. To much, Silkies are okay, they aren't exactly my favourite breed either though. I just don't like the ornamental breeds that are flighty and overall just loud birds.

My favourite though has to be the Welsummer, lays nice big brown eggs and has a beautiful appearance. Probably the sweetest birds I have right now.

I've noticed a lot of people do not like Frizzles. I have one and I'm really surprised how soft she is. The nice thing about integrating her, is no one picked on her. She appears bigger then she really is! Actually not even the top hen messes with her.

. My Daisy's feathers are 3/4 down feathers. For a while I thought maybe she has silkie in her, but she's way too big to be a silkie. I see Dasiy more as a Cochin then a frizzle. She has a true Cochin personality!

I have to say my least favorite is one that has been mentioned here... Polish, hmmm...turkens...or anything without feathers on their neck. Sorry to those that love them.

OK the leghorns have outgrown their canabalistic ways and are actually kinda sweet, so I changed my mind. Or I should say my son changed it for me. He found a Silke on CL and was like "what is that a cat crossed with a chicken?" "What the dickens is that feathers or fur?" "Which end is up, and how can you tell?" "How can the roosters tell?" "Do they take dirt baths or do you shave them?" "Do you have to take them in for a hair cut?" And last but not least "What got crossed with what to get that? Seriously cause I don't want to make the same mistake!" This coming from on almost 8 year old. All I could do was sit here laughing at him trying to keep my sides from bursting. The look on his face was beyond incredulous. A picture would have been priceless. So I would guess we won't be getting any Silkies from that.

Polish's. Mine have always been aggressive. My EE's are always flighty and mean. Im crazy, I love naked necks, silkies, showgirls, all the crazy looking ones
