What's your temperature?

hmmmm, our relative humidity is only 7%... So in reality, you are experiencing much more discomfort than we are.

Unless of course you like humid weather. My daughter was suffering from the humid weather in VA a couple weeks ago, they live in the mountians of Colorado and are not at all used to any sort of high humidity!

A comfortable 80 here in TN...totally unheard of for this time of year here but I'm not complaining!

It's been in the low 50's/high 40's for the past 3 nights. We've been spending the evenings on our front porch and I had to break out the long sleeves last night...that is soooo not June in TN.

Yes, that is the type of weather I am use to, it is now 103*. The 3 month old chicks are panting, its 90* in my house and there is no A/C here. Most homes do not have that here. Sprinkler on for the chickens and horse, frozen water bottles in bunny cages. Just added more bottles to freezer as they are melting fast.

Yep, we're already hitting triple digits here in Austin, Tx and the humidity has been...unpleasant...feels sort of like you could step off the back porch and swim through the air. Ugh.

Let's just say i won't be needing heat lamps for any of my chickies at the moment!

well, it is 66* at 6am. Higher than the average heat of the day temp. It is 76* in my house and it usually is low 60* in the house. I didn't even have to turn the light on for my babies! They stayed outside all day, I had them shaded but it was plenty warm to not have them under light, it reached 103* yesterday. Maybe higher today since it is already this warm. I have plenty of ice bottle in freezer for bunnies today, lots of water in chicken pen, the silkie is the only one free ranging and she has water and puddles, lots of thing so to go under for shade. Horse will get the hose down of inside of stall again and sprinkler that also wets chicken pen. At least we do not have the humidity that some of you are having.
here is a link to the pictures I posted Friday of the 3 month olds keeping cool in the heat.
