Thank you Don! I am getting some Black and Blue Coppers the end of February but really like the look of the Wheatens. Not sure if I should get them or not. Tough decision.

Wheaten Maran people... educate me,.
I know nothing about them except that someone in my home who shall remain nameless, bought some Blue Wheaton Maran eggs along with some BC Maran eggs from a breeder .
What is the difference between the Wheaton and the Blue Wheaton please.

So I shouldn't expect any black in the tails,. otherwise they will still be the same creamy color?

I'm searching for pics and reading up on them..... I think I will like these birds,..
