I see no one has gotten back to you about eggs , I sell very very few but I might be able to get a few together and as for reputable that’s hard to say lol but ive had wheaten Marans for almost 3 years and been on this site as long and i don’t plan on going anywhere and basically only do a few eggs shipped a year mainly just drive buy chicken deals and local chicken stocks but only a handful a year if u have trouble getting eggs pm me , I just moved the breeder roo back with his 6 hens 2 pullets. And gosh I gotta a lot of roosters to cull because i only keep 2 and im hatching heavy so might as well eat a few

Thanks again for the help... I agree that it isn't as dark as your male but compared to the Wheaten Maran Site I posted earlier, it looks like the boy photo right?

Ok.. I agree .. it does look like your hen here

I guess it stays until it crows or lays ..

It's so close to both depending on which feathers you look at.. Do the combs matter at this age?

Hmm, hard for me to tell, but my first thought was roo.

As for the club link, I would've hoped they'd have come up with a better representation of a Wheaten hen. The one they have pictured has no shank/toe feathering and has muddy coloring on the bottom. Pretty girl, just not as correctly colored as she should be. JMHO
