Here's the chicks at 3 weeks old.

The Brown chick Actually is partridge.

The Wheaten chick has Barring, but I see no Headspot.

The Buff Chick is feathering out to be a show quality Solid Buff.

Gotta wait for her to grow up to see body type though.

I was told my brown chick is Db, but the issue is Db turns Birchen, & Extended black Chick down brown, & none of my birds carry Birchen. I haven't hatched any Extended Black chicks this year, except my Heritage Rock X Buff Orpington cross. Db doesn't have an effect on Wheaten, except occasionally leaving some head markings, like spots, or stripes, or a combination.

@NatJ, the chick that I believe was Wheaten, has grey under fluff/down coming in, so it's not Wheaten, well at least may not be pure Wheaten.

Same with the partridge looking one.

I'll take pictures when I go back over, right now I'm on lockdown with F2 Giant Silkie cross eggs. The ones from the Back crossing.

Okay, now that most of the breast feathers came in one the brown chick. Looks like it does carry at least one copy of Db. Also has a partridge pattern, so e^b/e^b, Db/db+ seems plausible.

I don't think this chick is Extended Black, since alot of my Extended Black chicks have dark legs, or a dark wash over them, occasionally the legs are lighter, but it's not very often.

The brown chick has white/slate legs.
