Wheaten x Barred/Cuckoo hen pictures?

Quick question. How would you describe my Buff Orpington/Barred Rock cross hen's coloring? Just curious.

Just as you stated. A buff Xs barred cross.
For the most part mixed colors/patterns don't breed true and since they don't there's really no need to create or borrow a name to describe them.
You simply state what the cross was and that will let people know what color/pattern genes it carries.

She has a chocolate colored rump, where does chocolate come in? Sorry if you can't see the chocolate very well in the photo.

That's not chocolate, it's just darkened buff.
Doesn't darkened buff normally show up as red?
The buff coloring within chicken genetics consists of Gold/Silver/Red. The silver keeps red from appearing depending on what you're breeding for. Silver, and gold blocks red.
I would post where I got my info, but I can't due to website policies, they request special permissions.
