Wheezy Pekin duck

I have a Pekin duck that has been making a quiet wheezing sound instead of quacking. I don't think that it makes the wheezing sound when it breathes, but I'll keep listening. It also has some sort of an eye infection but that is going away with Polysporin. Any ideas on what this problem is? How can I fix it?

Does your duck have access to clean water deep enough for it to blow out its nares (nostrils)? Eye involvement is often seen with respiratory infections. This thread may be helpful. Hope your duck's feeling better soon!
