When about can you tell if you have a rooster or hens?

I have 3 Black Sex Links and 2 chicks that were yellow now are all white (all 3 weeks 3 days) unsure of breed and I would like to know if I have roosters or not so I can get rid of them before neighbors complain...thanks!

Your black sex links are all female, so no worries there. The white bird posted doesn't look male at this time, but it's usually too soon to say female for sure until the 6-7 week area.
