When can ducklings go outside?

As you can see above, the whole house the my dog for size comparison,a milk jug by the side vent and the back vent. Thanks
If you put this house in a secluded area where it has some protection from wind I think it would be fine for over night sleeping. You know your going to have to make a good secure door though to keep them safe. Ducks have really good insulation as long as kept out of extreme weather they do fine. I'd set the house if you can so one side is facing south then cover on the other outside with something the ducks can't pull off and eat[reason I say outside and not in] That way they will still have good ventilation from south and back but wind won't be blowing straight through am I making myself understandable?

Yes and I know about the door but it is abit mark complicated because it is plastic. Will keep everyone updated
