When can my chick go from the brooder to the coop?

My chicks are 3 almost 4 weeks old and my parent want them out of the house as soon as possible. I have 4 chicks...a Black sex link, Brown sex link, Australorp and a Silkie.
I 4 extra male chicks that the hatchery sent us and those will be living with the other chick until I can find new homes for them. It's been about 50 degrees outside at night and about 60-70 degrees during the day. Can they live outside without a heat lamp?

Yes. They should be fine outside now.

Yes they will be just fine if you have safe shelter for them .......

These are my three week old chicks that I started putting outside
in late January of this year as it got down to 40F at night so I put
a blanket over the cake to keep out the cold and wind and these
little guys are running around the yard today but I am getting ready
to start sending the roo's to freezer camp .......
