I've raised multiple breed over years and I've always gotten eggs between ages 16 weeks-21weeks. Make sure they're on layer, have access to grit and oyster shells and a nice, dark, soft place to lay. You could also try to encourage them by putting plastic or wooden eggs in the nest boxes to give them an idea of what to do!
