Today is day 24. I started with 18 eggs and on day 18, when I candled, there were for sure 10 live, active chicks, 3 other had chicks and good veins, but I didn't see the chicks actually moving, so I was unsure and then 5 others were no good. My first 3 chicks hatched only on day 23 and they seem really good. Today being day 24, no other eggs have any pips or anything. Could 7+ chicks really have died in the last few days, or is their still hope? This is my first hatch, so I have no idea! Thanks for any advice.

There is still hope. You might want to break off a little shell WITHOUT injuring the membrane at all on some of the eggs. It is possible they died but they could still hatch. Unfortunately, it is getting more unlikely as the days go on.
