When do pekin ducks start feathering?

I have only one duckling that I hatched from 12 eggs and he is a pekin and is around 5 weeks old. He has feathers sticking out of his
"wings" but nowhere else. Is that normal? And I forgot to mention, he was hatched from an eBay seller.

Any Help?

It'll be another week and a 1/2 or so.

You might (possibly) have gotten a cross, but I somewhat doubt it.

Looks like an average 5-week-old pekin to me.
