Truthfully, I would never ever buy anything like that. But...wouldnt you think you could find a nice little place in that area for $200,000? Doesnt look like it, unless you want to live in a teepee.

Pay off my few, small debts and the debts of my children's families...then have a shop/barn built here.
Get some new tires for my vehicle and a couple of 30 packs of beer and some frozen pizza with extra cheese.
And a 4-wheeler with ALL the "garden attachments".

Hire a good C.P.A. and another one to watch him...and an attorney that didn't know either C.P.A. (and another attorney to watch the first one.)
