I think you're right about the flat one.

I don't think it's a beaver. Not the right shape.
I would say jaw could be a ground hog maybe or a largish rat. Look at those long curved incisors.
Flat bone looks like a deer but is rather small for that.
Neither is human so no need to call in CSI.

Might be worth keeping them and kinda watching to see if there are more of the same type. I'm a bit relieved to see they are not dogs or cats. I was afraid it was going to be from some sort of dog hoarder or animal abuser.
