When should I move my 3 week old quail chicks?

Move them to where? They should be completely comfortable in room temperatures by now and not need extra heat. During the summer I kick them outside at about 3 weeks. During the winter it's more like 4-6 weeks old when I kick them outside.

My chicks moved out to the yard the day they turned 3 weeks. I had been putting them outside for several hours on nice days after they were about 2 and a half weeks.

Same here.

My November19 hatch was moved out with 5 weeks and we had 8°C ... constantly decreasing. All were fine (just started laying with 14 weeks )

And as my brooders are inside, I remove the heat source about day 15.
