I use chick grit@Overo Mare by the way, what kind of grit would you recommend? I have chick grit but I have heard that it is too large, should I get some sand? and if so, what kind of sand?

Ah, ok! Thank you!First actual feathers start showing in the 3rd and 4th week.
Adorable babies you have!
They are looking good to me!Just moved the ducklings to a larger brooder, but I was wondering, when do you think they will start getting some proper feathers? I notice the pastel and white are really starting to get some nice feathers in on their tail, and a few other places, but I feel like they could be behind a little bit on their feather development? Is this abnormal? And if it is, do you think this is because their last brooder had a big heat plate they spend a lot of the time sitting on?
I am not really concerned about it right now, but I just thought id ask
Also, duckling pictures!
Right now I doubt their color will give much away. You'll need to wait likely 4 more weeks for quacks from the girls. Though I had 1 that seemingly took forever. To this day she still has a raspy quack.Hey, so ive got pastel and penciled here, I feel kinda bad because it was kinda awkward holding the ducklings with 1 hand in order to take the picture.
But do you think this says anything about their gender?
you think I can tell by their voice?
The ducklings are 4 weeks old today!
