When should i stop turning my eggs?

I have a book that says "there is no need to turn eggs after the 15Th day" is this true? every were else says 3 days before hatch.

Most stop turning at day 18 lockdown. IMO this is an inconsequential detail.
I had a hatch that basically boiled. I quit turning after the first week thinking they all died.
2 eggs still hatched.
