When to candel?

Ok well i have a broody hen and today is day 7!!! YEAH!! But i think i have to candel? So when do i do that. I know how to canel but when and to i boot her out of the nest so she can strech her legs? And i am going to have to bring the eggs in side the house to do it cuz it is not dark in the coop and i have tryed to candel in the coop and it did not work. So thatnks for the help!
