When to help chick

A buff Orpington chick pipped last night (around 9pm) then this morning it had made a bit more progress (12 hours after pipping). Now it’s been 18 hours since it first pipped and it’s looking the same. I really don’t want to help but when do you think it may need gently helping? The other 2 eggs in the incubator haven't pipped and today is day 22.
