When to help hatch!!??

Hi. I have 5 duck eggs that were due to hatch yesterday. 3have hatched fine and perfect. I have one really small egg thats pipped but just sat in the egg for more than a day.. And the other egg hasnt pipped or anything. When shall i help the pipped one? Ive helped ducklings before but i dont know how long to leave it. The other ducklings were picking the shell off the pipped one and theres about a 2p size hole. What to do???

Don't let the hatched ducklings pip the unhatched one's shell, they may damage something or hurt the little one. If it's been more than a day already since external pip you can investigate and see if it's ready to hatch.
