When to move ducks outside

Get them off heat and outside during the day to they get accustomed to the cooler temps and start to feather out quickly. No heat at night either...

they haven’t had a heat lamp for several weeks, they’re feathered but I do see some areas of fluff still, but I wanted them out while it’s still relatively mild, my original plan was Thanksgiving but I think the weather might not cooperate with my plan

Get them out with a house with straw in it. They will do fine.

they’re huge? hahah compared to my pekins they’re still so teeny!! yes, I’ve been hoarding ducklings because I love them... they sit with me for a few hours every night and it’s better than therapy

thank you!! I’m so happy to have found a place where others share my feelings and offer consolation !! I really would love to call in sick to work for the rest of the week to watch and play with them... why do we have to have full time jobs?!
