When to stop turning?

I think its head may have been in a strange position. From the angle of this picture the comb is facing towards the camera and the underside of its chin facing the wall.
Don’t have much hope left for the other two now unfortunately, also, not quite sure how to clean the stinky goo that has dribbled into the water reservoir and through the grid they sit on.

imo a big cause of dead developed chicks is lack of proper fresh air exchange in the bator .. that or power went out overnight or something and they chilled ..
