I like to feed starter (20% protein) until feathers come in, but I want to say by the ages you listed, your ducks should be ready to switch to 16% protein. I switch between Armada Duck & Goose Pellets & Layena. Both are 16%.

Usually by 4wks is okay to handle a pellet(as most growers are) now there are other options like an all purpose/flock raiser that you don't have to change, that you can feed from start and upwards.

I started the switch from turkey-waterfowl starter crumbles to grower pellets at 2 weeks, adding a little more grower each day in proportion to the crumbles, so we used up the crumbles and slowly introduced them to the grower. By 3 or 4 weeks they were on grower.
