When will Buffs start laying

Does anyone know when a Buff orpington starts laying?

Somewhere between 20 & 24 weeks. We have 6 BO pullets that are now 23 weeks old & only one is laying so far, she started at 21 weeks...rest are slackers. Mine have been squatting for weeks, so not sure that is a very good indicator on how soon you can expect your first egg. It will happen though..right???

I have 2 buffs one started laying just shy of 19 weeks the other at 20 wks, its coming soon i'm sure!
