Yes I ve been keeping her separated from the rest of the flock, and today let her out in the run for a bit with them(she did great no problems),then I put her back....I go in to my coop and run atleast 6-7x a day to either give treats, feeding, cleaning, just to say hello, and sometimes just to watch them..lol She does look as though shes molting(her feathers on her backside, and neck look a little thin)and theres feathers everywhere..lolSince it sounds like she is new to the flock is she quarantined? Off to the side in a different area by her self? She will go through many changes in the next month or so. From being in a brand new place, to finding out who is head of everyone there that feeds her and takes care of her. Then she has to be accepted by the new flock all before beginning to lay again. So it can take a few days to a few weeks or even a month if she begins to molt. I would spend as much time in her pen as you can with her just sitting and talking to her. Feed her treats from your hand if she will take them. No fast or sudden movements at first. Build up a trust with her and she will adjust in no time. Best of luck.

I'm assuming that because shes older than the others(the oldest actually) that she would take highest in pecking order? Theres been a lot of change for her,and I feel terrible,so fingers crossed I'm helping to ease her stress...and not adding to it..lol
