When will I be able to determine if BB is a hen or a rooster?

I have five pullets (or so I think) Is there a way to tell before the others start laying eggs if BB is indeed a hen? If so, what is the way to tell and about how old will she/he need to be? Right now they are just at 7 weeks. Thanks

At 7 weeks we can likely help you sort through the gender question fairly well - just snap some pictures of the birds (a clear comb shot and a nice side shot that shows the whole bird in a natural, standing position will be best) and post them here.

Thanks. I was suspicious, but how did you know? I have 3 others - and while they are sweeter and seems more like future hens, maybe they are males also.
