When will my others start laying?

I have 5 RIRs, all 25 weeks, give or take a few days. My first one started laying January 2 then my second one on January 3. One is laying dark brown eggs with a few, what I’m assuming, calcium deposits. The other is laying beautiful light brown eggs. They have been consistently laying since they started. My question is, why haven’t my other 3 laid yet? I understand each pullet is different but I’m ready for a bunch of eggs.

My experience with 5 Golden Comets and 7 Barred Rocks, the time period between first to lay and last to lay is 2.5 weeks and 3 weeks respectively.
My Golden Comets started at 16.5 weeks and last to lay at 19 weeks.
My Barred Rocks started at 20 weeks, all were laying by 23 weeks. GC

They're just not ready.
