When will my Rooster start to crow?

I have an 11 week old Barred Rock rooster that a friend gave to me as a chick, and I wanted to know when the typical age is for roosters to start doing it? Also do some rooster just not crow?

If there are no other dominant roosters around they will crow earlier, most start around three months but some can take longer, most should have it right by 6 months.

My Black Copper Marans started crowing @12 weeks ( I expected him to be a layer) so he got rehomed since I can't keep him tho he was so beautiful and was very nice.
