When will they start laying (see pic...)

The good news is 2 out of my 3 hens have started laying!

the bad news is now they won’t go in the coop at night to roost.

Is it because the egg boxes are in the coop? How do I solve this? As soon as one started laying they all started staying in the run at night and stopped going in to the coop.
