Where can I find the names of different chicken colors in other languages?

I'm Swedish and I read about chickens in both English and Swedish. However, I find it hard to translate the names of some of the colors (they're not directly translatable between the languages; for example, we call buff "gul", which means "yellow"). Do any of you know a data bank or something where I can read what all chicken colors and patterns are called in Swedish (and possibly other languages as well - you never know, I might look for chooks in Germany or something one day)?

Some of them I've managed to figure out by reading about a breed's accepted colors on Wikipedia in both languages and trying to deduce which English term correspond to which Swedish one, but it's a blunt science.

I don't seem to have the same problem with breed names, they are easier to come by.
