I haven't been able to find them on most hatchery sites, unless i'm really missing something.
JM Hatchery has them.
Try JM Hatchery, ours are great!
MT Di has something like them. The breed is held pretty tightly so JM is the place to get them.
are freedom rangers something i can breed myself once i have a pair?
I am not sure, but I know the owner of JM Hatchery usually answers the phone, she will answer all your questions. She was very friendly and helpful with us and seemed very knowlegdeable.
Quote:great, thanks very much.
Look at Moyer's Hatchery in PA. They have the K-22 broiler that is similar to the Freedom Ranger. We have 32 and they are doing great 1.5 pounds at 4 1/2 weeks.
Myers hatchery in PA (note, NOT meyer in OH) has redbros, which are the same as the red freedom rangers. http://www.myerspoultry.com/
The only problem I have is its just me and hubby. I dont have the freezer room and hes not cleaning 25 birds all at once. I need a place I can order..maybe 10 or so tops. I still havent found a place. And Ive asked everyone around I know, no one wants to share a order.
