They don't "seek" her out or anything...but if she walks by, they give her a shot... Or, if they happen upon her they'll give her a shot. But they don't "hunt" her...

Maybe build a "sister-coop" right next door like an in-law abode?That sure sounds like she is bottom girl.
In every flock someone has to be bottom.
I would make sure she is not being run off the food dish by keeping a couple full.
I agree with 21hens, it sounds like pecking order. As long as there's no blood and she has access to food and water, it'll be fine. I use multiple food dishes and waterers so everyone can eat in peace. And it's what they do.They don't "seek" her out or anything...but if she walks by, they give her a shot...
