Maybe build a "sister-coop" right next door like an in-law abode? :) Together...but separate... Jeesh, I went through all of this to save them...and it's upsetting that Bashful is getting thumped on now... :'(

I agree with 21hens, it sounds like pecking order. As long as there's no blood and she has access to food and water, it'll be fine. I use multiple food dishes and waterers so everyone can eat in peace. And it's what they do.
 
In my large flock there are the occasional "Hey! That is mine!" pecks. I try not to worry about it unless I see relentless chasing or pecking directed at just one.

Now then if I find I have one hen that is being obnoxiously pecky to others I do remove her.
 
Also in a new setting, the whole order could change!
I agree, as long as you don't see any big wounds, they tend to work these things out on their own.
Coop looks great, by the way! Modifications are almost endless, you'll learn as you go. :)

Great news! I hate to be all doom and gloomy! I try to plan for the worst so I'm prepared for it.
