Where do you get canning supplies?

I've got a nice supply of jars now, found in estate sales, Walmart, thrift stores, etc.

Now I'm trying to find lids in bulk for a good price. A while back DBF and I stumbled upon a sale at Safeway where the lids where 50% off. They were about $1.20-1.50 each box. We bought 12 boxes of each size. I haven't used them all... but can't find them, either!

So now I'm trying to pre-plan for this summer's inevitable cannign frenzies. It's not critical that I get rings NOW, which is a great time TO get them!

Where do you get flats in bulk, and how much do you spend per box of 12?

Hi,
I went looking for canning lids yesterday at the grocery outlet store, they didnt have any but they DID have bareroot fruit trees,

some odd varities too, so, I HAD to have the Giant Babcock Peach and that's what I brought home. hehe

Springtime makes me crazy!

I'll re-use the rings, but not the lids, so I hang onto mine. Big/Odd lots sometimes has a supply cheap.
